Why Mia Rose & Frank Became a Brand & Experience Studio
When I first built Mia Rose & Frank, I thought I was creating a one of a kind business. What became clear over time was that the work was always pointing somewhere bigger.
My career has always been rooted in brand; in understanding what makes people connect, what makes them remember, and what makes them trust. Through leadership roles with brands like Tiffany & Co., Holt Renfrew, and Cadillac Fairview, I saw firsthand that the strongest brands were never simply selling a product or delivering a service. They were shaping perception. Telling a story. Creating experiences people could feel.
That lens never left me.
Even in the early years of Mia Rose & Frank, while we became known for thoughtful details, bespoke pieces, and beautifully designed moments, what often sat underneath the work was something deeper. Helping clients think about how their brand showed up in the world, how it was experienced, and what people carried with them long after the moment had passed.
Over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore.

I kept seeing businesses investing in marketing, content, social media, websites, and communications, often with talented people behind each piece, but without anyone stepping back to look at the full picture through the lens of brand.
One partner focused on social. Another on SEO. Someone updating the website. Someone else writing content.
Each piece moving forward on its own. But no one asking the bigger question:
Does this all feel connected? Does it reflect who we are? Is it building something people will actually remember?
That is where brands begin to lose clarity.
Not because the work isn’t happening, but because it isn’t rooted in a clear point of view.
I saw something similar in the experience space.
Brands understood aesthetics. They invested in beautiful visuals, thoughtful details, and elevated moments. But not always in the deeper work of customer experience. The emotional layer. The feeling people leave with. The details that build memory, trust, and connection.
Because luxury has never been just about what something looks like.
It is about how it makes people feel.
That realization clarified something for me...The work was changing.
So we did too.

Today, Mia Rose & Frank is a brand and experience studio built to help organizations define their brand, shape how it is communicated, and bring it to life through thoughtful strategy, marketing, partnerships, and experiences.
Every brand has a point of view. Our role is to help shape it, then bring it to life in ways people can feel.
